About a week ago, I was catching up with a Muslim brother over coffee. We were talking about past adventures, then somehow as we were talking about the previous company we had worked in, he mentioned something rather odd to me. He shared that a mutual Muslim friend, still working there had jokingly mentioned to him to be wary of me, otherwise he might end up being baptized by me! I could not help but feel a little peeved. What would give him that idea? We were not friends on Facebook hence he would not have seen any of my posts on my faith, so where? How? Then it finally dawned on me that we had other mutual friends, and that it must be through them that he got the idea. But hey why was I peeved? I should be joyfully praising the Lord! At least they know their Catholic brother is strong enough in his faith to share it with anyone willing to listen. To share about the greatest gift to us from God our Father, His only begotten Son, our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

Muslim brother? A brother is a fellow Christian or a Jew not a Muslim. Muslims worship a different God. They are pagans. Christians and Jews worship the one and only God. Can’t understand why you would call him a Muslim brother. That’s you letting them know that it’s ok to worship a pagan god and reject Christ our Lord and Saviour as the Son Of God. He that rejects Jesus being the Son of God is antiChrist. So no no Muslims are our Brothers. Friends by all means but they are not part of the flock.
If one does not acknowledge a pagan as a brother then how does one lead him home to the one true faith? The Jews treated tax collectors as outcasts but what did Jesus do? He embraced Matthew….We are all made by God and for God, the desire to know and love God. The Muslims have the same desire though they have tuned in to the wrong station so to speak. When Jesus commanded us to love our neighbour, He did not say only your Catholic or Christian neigbours. Besides in another place He asked us to love our enemies…….Should Mother Theresa not have tended to the Hindu sick and suffering so as not to give the impression it was okay to worship a pagan God? Learn to love first…..
Judaism is the root and Christianity is the branches of that root. Christianity is the fulfilment of Judaism so the Jews are our elder brothers and sisters. Islam contradicts the gospels and denies Jesus as the Son Of God. They even refuse to acknowledge the true name of God the Father given to Moses. The holy name of Yahweh. They use the pagan Meccan god worshiped by pagans in the Kaaba. By all means we can be friends with them but the title brother is for fellow Christians and Jews.

let me point out to you what is taught in our Cathechism of one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church….
841 The Church’s relationship with the Muslims. “The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind’s judge on the last day.”330
842 The Church’s bond with non-Christian religions is in the first place the common origin and end of the human race:
All nations form but one community. This is so because all stem from the one stock which God created to people the entire earth, and also because all share a common destiny, namely God. His providence, evident goodness, and saving designs extend to all against the day when the elect are gathered together in the holy city. . .331
843 The Catholic Church recognizes in other religions that search, among shadows and images, for the God who is unknown yet near since he gives life and breath and all things and wants all men to be saved. Thus, the Church considers all goodness and truth found in these religions as “a preparation for the Gospel and given by him who enlightens all men that they may at length have life.”332
844 In their religious behavior, however, men also display the limits and errors that disfigure the image of God in them:
Very often, deceived by the Evil One, men have become vain in their reasonings, and have exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and served the creature rather than the Creator. Or else, living and dying in this world without God, they are exposed to ultimate despair.333
845 To reunite all his children, scattered and led astray by sin, the Father willed to call the whole of humanity together into his Son’s Church. The Church is the place where humanity must rediscover its unity and salvation. The Church is “the world reconciled.” She is that bark which “in the full sail of the Lord’s cross, by the breath of the Holy Spirit, navigates safely in this world.” According to another image dear to the Church Fathers, she is prefigured by Noah’s ark, which alone saves from the flood.334

Allah was one of the pagan gods in the Kaaba worshipped by the tribe the Muhammad was of. There was 365 pagan gods in the kaaba and Allah being one of those gods. So because Muhammad disregarded the 364 pagan gods and kept one as the creator now how can this be classed as him worshiping the creator. Would that not mean that satanist that worship Satan as the creator is on the right path because they worship one so called god. Islam and the practises are pagan and do not worship our Creator. He that denies that Jesus is the son of God is antiChrist and is a liar. Muhammad was no prophet because no prophet of God comes forcing conversion with a sword in a chariot. Muhammad was taught Christianity by a Christian monk and was taught Judaism by a relative and he mixed Judaism and Christianity in with their pagan religion this is wrong. The slaughter and persecution of Christians throughout the world today is done Muslims. We shouldn’t be encouraging pagans that they are on the right path because they are not. We offer them the gospels and a chance for salvation to be saved. Christians will help all in need regardless of religion but we should be given them the gospel to save them. We have stopped doing this and the bible commands us to spread the Gospel.

I can see you have zeal for our Lord, but zeal without love is simply passion. The Gospel preached without love is meaningless for then we are no different from the Muslims fanatics who force their religion on the Christians. How many Muslims will listen to your zeal? How many do you think will consider our one true faith?
By calling a Muslim a brother does not in any way indicate an acknowledgement that their faith is the same as ours, that is simply a myopic view. Why can you not see that they too are children of God? Did God not create them too?
Can you imagine yourself being born into the Muslim faith and only knowing that faith to be true? Then a Christian comes along and gives you a tongue lashing that your faith is simply paganism? Besides have you even studied Islam or is your knowledge based on google searches etc.? Why I ask this is simply that a little knowledge on it’s own is dangerous because if the Muslims turn around and say that our faith is paganism in practice too because we worship three Gods and have so many ritualistic practices, would it be a fair summary? They of course are far from the truth but with their little knowledge they would and could use such terms to attack our faith.
I urge you again to love first, then we can have open dialogues and plant the seeds, God will do the rest….the Lord’s peace be with you…

Islam is the religion of Satan. And no marvel for Satan himself disguises himself as an angel of light. Just as Satan posed as the Angel Gabriel and fooled muhammad. No angel from God would act like the supposed angel Gabriel did to Muhammad pressing on him three times until Muhammad did what was commanded.
Muhammad himself admits that he was possessed by a demon aka jinn.
Knowing all this I would certainly try pass on the gospels to your Muslims friends to save them from damnation. Allah himself tells Muslims that all must pass by hell first and if sunbirds will be pulled free. Which God would punish the good with the bad.
